Flat Leaf Parsley
Flat parsley has more flavor than the curly variety. Fresh is the word most often used to describe parsley's taste, but it's also slightly peppery and almost anise-like. Parsley is rich with chlorophyll, vitamin A, B, C, and K, folic acid and iron. It has high beneficial mineral contents like calcium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, vanadium, and zinc.
