Jonagold Apples

The Jonagold is an all-purpose, large apple with red blush over a yellow or green base. The yellow colored flesh has a sweet flavor with a hint of tang. These apples are juicy and often used for pies and salads. The Jonagold is excellent for fresh eating, salads, sauces or baking.
