Pablano Peppers

Pablano peppers are a mild variety of chili pepper used in Mexican and Southwestern cooking. The Pablano is best known as the pepper used for making chile rellenos. They have a thick, dark-green skin with a mild to medium-hot flavor. Their skins can be tough, but roasting them makes removing their skins much easier.
