White Potatoes

White potatoes have a creamier texture than Russets and their skins are very thin and delicate. Their flavor profile is mild with a subtly sweet taste. White potatoes are a good choice for mashed potatoes, potato salad, steaming/boiling and frying. White potatoes tend to hold their shape well after cooking and their delicate, thin skins add just the right amount of texture to a mashed potato dish without the need for peeling. Grilling white potatoes is an excellent way to truly bring out their flavor.
